Useful details
Include the game, what you expected, what happened, device/browser, and approximate time. Never include passwords, sign-in links, tokens, payment details, or private information about another person.
Response expectations
This is a beta support path, not an emergency service. We review new reports daily during active beta periods. Critical availability or security concerns should be clearly marked in the report.
